The SMART-IW intra-oral welder is entirely designed and manufactured in Italy.Its carefully optimized electronic control system makes reliable and precise electrical implant welding (syncristallization) as simple as possible. Operated by an intuitive color touch screen and with new ergonomic pliers.

Medical practice
The company specializes in the design and production of electromedical equipment and since 2006 has been developing, producing and carrying out training on CML Creation Medical Laser products. In 2014, by acquiring the trademark, we declared the intention to follow the same innovation path started in the beginning by Creation. We added new products to the portfolio and we continued OEM and OBL manufacturing of medical products for our customers.
Creation has been among the first to put on the market portable dental lasers by applying rechargeable batteries and compact laser source. Today, we are continuing on that path with a constant activity of research and development oriented towards ergonomy, functionality and constant improvement of our products.
