EasyRoot is the device dedicated to extractions based on magnetodynamic technology, developed by the Italian manufacturer Meta Ergonomica Srl and protected by European and US patents. Through the magnetodynamic impulse and dedicated inserts, EasyRoot applies to the instruments a force significantly greater than what can be achieved manually, focused on the treated area and with minimal dispersion toward the craniofacial mass: the result is greater operative efficacy, high precision and more comfort for the patient.

The inserts facilitate the insertion and dilation of the space between root and socket, mobilizing the tooth in a conservative manner. EasyRoot moves, repositions, models and condenses bone tissue: it never removes and never cuts soft tissue. The risk of root fractures and trauma to bone and periodontium is thus reduced, preserving the integrity of the socket.

The result is a fast, conservative and low-trauma extraction — even in the most complex cases — with socket preservation that facilitates immediate or post-extractive implant placement.
