Therapy
The laser technology used in Creation devices for human physiotherapy is based on the synergistic combination of two real wavelengths, 810 nm and 635 nm, both generated by laser sources, and not by hybrid diode + LED solutions found in several competing instruments.
This feature provides superior consistency and depth of penetration, as well as demonstrable therapeutic efficacy.
The 810 nm, a wavelength favored for biostimulation, acts with extraordinary efficiency on endogenous chromophores such as hemoglobin and melanin, activating deep metabolic processes without scattering or overheating tissues.
Its placement below the 830 nm threshold is clinically relevant: beyond this value, in fact, photons are mostly absorbed by water, decreasing therapeutic yield and increasing unnecessary thermal irradiation.
This advantage makes the 810 nm significantly more comfortable and better tolerated than the older Nd:YAG 1064 nm systems, which, by directly striking intracellular water, tend to generate a major thermal increase, causing discomfort, risk of microinjury, and lower patient compliance during physiotherapy sessions.
With the 810 nm, on the other hand, the process is selective, controlled and virtually discomfort-free.
The 635 nm wavelength plays a complementary and crucial role: it activates numerous surface and mid-surface processes, supports collagen photobiomodulation, contributes to soft tissue regeneration, and increases the biological response to combination treatments.
Co-emission of 810 + 635 nm enhances mitochondrial activity, promotes cellular repair, and accelerates functional recovery in muscle, joint, and tendon treatments.
